Welcome to Deck Rush — Card Blast, a fast-paced card matching puzzle game developed by Deck Rush Studio. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our app, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.
By downloading or using Deck Rush, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
No account required. You play completely anonymously. We never ask for your name, email address, or any personal identifier.
Information We Collect
Locally on your device (never sent to our servers):
- Game progress — completed levels, best score, wins, and games played
- Power-up inventory — bombs, shuffles, and freezes
- Gem balance earned through gameplay
- Player profile — chosen avatar and player name
- App preferences — sound, music, and haptic settings
All game data is stored in iOS AppStorage / UserDefaults on your device only. We have no access to it and it is never transmitted to our servers.
Third-party SDKs integrated in the app may collect anonymized, non-personal data as described in Section 03.
Third-Party Services
Deck Rush integrates the following third-party SDKs to improve app stability and understand general usage patterns. Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iOS 14 and later, Deck Rush presents Apple's system App Tracking Transparency prompt when you first launch the app. This is required by Apple for apps that may use data for advertising or tracking purposes.
- If you tap Allow, anonymized analytics data may be used to measure general engagement
- If you tap Ask App Not to Track, analytics collection is limited to what Apple permits by default — your gameplay is unaffected either way
Your choice does not affect your ability to play Deck Rush. All game features, levels, gems, and power-ups are fully available regardless of your ATT selection.
Data We Do NOT Collect
We want to be clear about what we do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or any contact information
- Your location or GPS data
- Your camera, microphone, or photos
- Your contacts or social graph
- Any payment or financial information
- Health or biometric data
Children's Privacy
Deck Rush is suitable for a general audience including families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The app itself collects no personal data; however, integrated third-party SDKs (Firebase) may collect anonymized, device-level data.
Parents and guardians can manage app permissions at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information about a child, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete it.
Data Security
All game data stored locally on your device is protected by iOS's built-in security — including hardware encryption, access controls (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID), and app sandboxing.
Third-party SDKs we use (Firebase) transmit data over secure, encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS).
Deleting the app permanently removes all locally stored game progress, gems, and preferences from your device. This action cannot be undone.
Your Rights & Choices
- Delete all game data — Uninstall the app to remove all local data instantly
- Reset progress — Use the in-app Settings screen to reset your score and stats
- Opt out of analytics — iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements
- Manage ATT permission — iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Deck Rush
Residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), California (CCPA), or other jurisdictions with applicable data protection laws may have additional rights. Please contact us using the details in Section 09.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves or legal requirements change. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Updated" date at the top. Continued use of Deck Rush after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
